User IDs: Basic User can have the right to manage information of several kitchens

You can give the Basic User the right to manage information of several kitchens instead of just one kitchen. The administrator or the unit administrator are able to set the kitchens for the basic user in:

Basic Data – User ID’s - Kitchens tab.

NOTE The Kitchens tab is not displayed in the User ID window of the administrator or the unit administrator, as they automatically have access to information of all kitchens.

When the user has right to several kitchens there will be a login window when logging into the system. In this window the user will select the kitchen for the upcoming session. The user can change the kitchen by logging out from the system and then logging in again, and selecting another kitchen for the next session. The kitchen selected when logging in will stay as default. The default kitchen will be registered in the Kitchen field of the User ID’s function for the User ID in question.
