Printing A Recipe
1. Open the recipe.
2. Select Print.
3. Choose the appropriate print settings.
- On the General tab, select the print orientation.
- Additional Settings Tab:
- Select the information you want to include on the printout.
- Recipe:
- Description. The information to be printed is retrieved from Recipe - General Information - Description.
- Display row note after ingredient (from version 4.49.0 onwards). By selecting this option, the row note saved for the ingredient will be displayed after the ingredient. By default, the row note is shown on its own line below the ingredient on the printout. The information to be printed is retrieved from the ingredient’s Row Note field in the recipe.
- Memo. The information to be printed is retrieved from Recipe - General Information - Memo.
- Tags. The information to be printed is retrieved from Recipe - General Information - Tag. Tags are maintained and managed in Basic Information - Tags.
- Logo (from version 4.46.0 onwards). The program prints on the top of the recipe printout:
- The company logo saved in the program-specific settings under BASIC DATA - Settings - Program settings - General tab.
- The kitchen-specific logo, which is saved in the kitchen settings under BASIC DATA - Kitchens - Kitchen (Food) - General tab. The kitchen specific logo is printed only when the recipe is printed using a user account assigned to that kitchen or when the main user/admin selects the kitchen before printing the recipe.

- Font Size and Columns:
- Select the font size to be used on the printout.
- You can hide columns shown on the printout by selecting "Hide" when the respective column is selected in the list. To make the column visible again on the printout, select "Show" when the respective column is selected in the list.
- You can also change the order of the columns on the printout using the "Up" and "Down" buttons below the Columns list. First, select the column you want to move, and then click the "Up" or "Down" button until the column is in the desired position.
- Select the information you want to include on the printout.
4. Select Print.
The program opens a preview of the printable recipe in PDF format either in a browser tab or in another program that is set as the default for viewing PDF files.
Please note that pop-ups must be allowed from the program’s address in the browser you are using, so the program can open the preview tab.
5. If necessary, go back to the program and change the print settings to achieve the desired printout of the recipe.
6. Print the recipe on paper by selecting the Print function from your browser or default program’s settings and then choose the printer and necessary settings.
