Scaling Planned Portions In Menus With Customer Count - How To Activate Functionality

You will be able to scale Planned Portions for an entire menu based on actual or estimated customer count.

Before you can start using this functionality, you will have to activate it in the Program Settings as follows:

  • Go to: BASIC DATA - Settings - Program Settings - Food tab
  • Activate the setting by checking the box for "Menu: Record daily customer count"

 

Note:

This feature is available only when you have activated Dynamic Menus feature in the system, and you are using Menu Cycles.
