Release Notes February 13, 2024 Version 4.47.0

 

A new 4.47.0 version will be released on JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System.

In addition, there will be the following releases:

  • JAMIX Menu 3.15.0
  • JAMIX Mobile 1.21.0
  • JAPI 1.29.0

The new releases will be updated for cloud customers by Jamix as follows:

  • European servers on Tuesday February 13 after 6 pm (UTC +3)
  • Australian servers on Thursday February 15 between 7-12 pm (UTC +10)
  • For American servers the time of update will be announced later

Updating the releases will cause an interruption in the services. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

FOOD Module

The Portion Size Of an Ingredient Can Be Set As Mandatory On the Menu

In the program settings, the portion size of an ingredient can be set as mandatory information when adding the item to the menu.

New Columns Added to Production Sheets and Production Requisitions Views

Information about editing time and the user who made the edits has been added to Production Sheets and Production Requisitions. The new information is visible directly in the list views of these functions.

STOCK Module

Export of Stock Cards to Excel

Stock card information can now be exported to Excel in three ways:

  • Selected columns
  • Product information update format (JAMIX)
  • Applicable in Finland: Product information update format (KESPRO)

Translations of change logs have been improved so that essential information is displayed in the user's language.

JAMIX Mobile App

New Navigation Logic In Purchase Orders And Deliveries Functions

The navigation logic of the JAMIX Mobile app has been changed for Purchase Orders and Deliveries as follows:

  • When opening the function, the user chooses whether to create a new purchase order/delivery or view existing ones.
  • When the user saves a new purchase order/delivery, the app returns to the menu where the user chooses whether to create a new one or view existing ones.
  • When the user saves a previously created shipment list/delivery, the app returns to the screen where the user chooses an existing purchase order/delivery.

Marking Processed Delivery Rows as Checked

In the deliveries function, processed delivery rows can now be marked as checked. This facilitates the handling of deliveries, especially when the entire delivery is not checked at once. When the delivery is reopened, you can see which rows have already been checked.

This function is available in both the JAMIX Mobile app and the JAMIX program.
