Exporting Stock Cards to an Excel file

From version 4.47.0

You can export the data of the stock cards to an Excel file in:

STOCK - Stock Cards - Export

 

You can export data in the following three ways:

  • Selected columns: The program prints the stock cards filtered in the Stock cards view to a file. The same columns that are selected in the view will be included in the file.
  • Product information update format (JAMIX): The program prints the product information of the selected supplier/suppliers to the file in JAMIX format.
  • Product information update format (K): The program prints the product information of the selected supplier/suppliers to the file in KESPRO format.

The data of 3,000 stock cards can be exported to an Excel file at once. The program informs if there are more stock cards than can be exported to the Excel file.

Selected columns

  1. Select the stock cards you want to export to the file by filtering the stock card list view for the stock cards in question.
  2. Choose which columns will be included in the file. Columns are selected in the upper right corner of the stock card list view (three overlapping lines).
  3. Choose Export - Selected Columns. The program creates an Excel file according to the choices made.

Product information update format (JAMIX) and Product information update format (K)

  1. Select Export.
  2. Select Product Information Update Format (JAMIX) or Product Information Update Format (KESPRO)
  3. Select the vendor whose stock cards will be exported to the file. After selecting a supplier, the program creates a file with the selected information and format.
