Release Notes December 10, 2024 Version 4.52.0

A new 4.52.0 version will be released on JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System.

In addition, there will be the following releases:

• JAMIX Menu 3.19.0
• JAPI 1.34.0

The new releases will be updated for cloud customers by Jamix as follows:

• European servers on Tuesday December 10 after 6 pm (UTC +3)
• Australian servers on Thursday December 12 between 7-12 pm (UTC +10)
• For American servers the time of update will be announced later

Updating the releases will cause an interruption in the services. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Improved Usability Of the Tag Editing Window

You can now add Tags more easily using new fields located at the top of the editing window. If a tag contains multiple selectable values, they are displayed below the selection field, making it easy to choose the desired values.

Tags can be utilized in various ways, such as in integrations where information is exported from the JAMIX program to an external service. Additionally, tags can be selected for recipe printouts in JAMIX and used in Stock Events Reports.

STOCK Module

Improvements To the PDF Printout For Orders

• The customer number, which was previously located in the upper left corner of the purchase order PDF, has been moved under the kitchen to the table on the right side.
• Address details have been added to the kitchen information.

Source Information Displayed For Withdrawals

Source information has been added to Withdrawals. It is displayed in the new "Source" column in the withdrawals view, as well as in the "Source" field on the General tab of individual withdrawals. Currently the source information displayed is always "Manual". We will later release a program version after which the Source information will be displayed as follows:

• Menu, if the withdrawal is made through a menu
• Automatic, if the withdrawal is made through, for example, a POS integration
• Manual, if the withdrawal is performed by the user

We will announce this improvement to the Source data in the corresponding release notes.

Improvements To Stock Events Reports

You can now select multiple kitchens for a Stock Events Report under the Filters. New filter options include the Type of withdrawal, as well as Tags, Recipes, and Stock Cards. You can open Recipes and Stock Cards in a separate window for selection. There you can search by name or filter, for example, by groups.

You can also group a report by Recipe, enabling Stock Cards related to a specific Recipe to be displayed.

Improvement related to User IDs For MEAL ORDERING Module Users

If a User ID is linked to more than 500 customers, the customers are no longer automatically loaded when accessing the customers tab. You will be able to load customers manually using a separate button.

You will now be able to allow the user’s user level to be automatically updated with each login.
