Relase notes January 13, 2026

A new 26.01.13 version will be released on JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System.

In addition, there will be the following releases:

• JAPI 26.01.13

The new releases will be updated for cloud customers by Jamix as follows:

• European servers on Tuesday January 13 after 6 pm (UTC +3)
• Australian servers on Thursday January 15 between 7-12 pm (UTC +10)
• For American servers the time of update will be announced later

Updating the releases will cause an interruption in the services. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

USER LEVEL IN THE NUTRITIVE VALUES VIEW

The user level is now shown in the nutritive values view.

NUTRITIVE VALUES CAN BE EXPORTED TO EXCEL

You can now export the nutritive values in the program to Excel. You can filter the nutritive values by name or by groups before export. There are two export options:

• Visible columns: This table is suitable for viewing or working with the nutritive values, but it cannot be used to update nutritive value information back into the JAMIX program.
• Jamix format: With this table, it is possible to update nutritive values in the JAMIX program. For more information, please contact our support: helpdesk@jamix.com

AUTOMATIC PRICE UPDATE FOR RECIPE STOCK CARDS (from version 4.55.2)

A new setting has been added in the program settings. When activated, the price of a recipe stock card is automatically updated from the recipe.

PRINTING OF PRODUCTION SHEET IMPROVED

Printing of a production sheet is now faster than before. Previously, printing could be slow, especially when the production sheet contained a lot of data.

OPENING OF STOCK CARDS IMPROVED

Opening stock cards is now faster than before. Previously, opening could be slow.

IMPROVEMENT FOR ELECTRONIC PURCHASE ORDERS

An electronic purchase order will be saved at the same time it is sent. This ensures that the order cannot be edited after it has been sent. However, the admin user can remove the order from the "sent" status, after which the order can be edited as needed.

When an electronic purchase order has been sent, the user is shown the options "Save as" and "Cancel". The Cancel option will exit the order, while the Save as option will create a copy of the already sent purchase order.

EXCEPTION TO DELIVERY ROW IF PRICE IS CHANGED MANUALLY

An exception is now added to the delivery row if the price has been changed manually. The exception type is: “Price does not match.” In the Additional info column, you can see which user changed the price.

PORTION AMOUNT FOR RECIPE LEFTOVERS IN STOCK EVENTS REPORT

The stock events report now includes portion amount information for recipe leftovers.
