Blocking the editing rights of accounting codes from basic users

You can lock the accounting codes used in purchase orders, deliveries and withdrawals so, that the basic users cannot edit them.

This setting can be added kitchen specifically in

• the Basic Data – Kitchens - Stores (Stock) function
• by ticking the Locked selection for the accounting code in the Accounting codes tab of the selected kitchen. The Locked selection does not effect the editing rights of the administrators or the unit administrators.
