Production Sheet - Report Options
You can find several report options through the
Print button on the top of the
Production Sheet window.
Print - By customer
This report shows the production/commissary kitchen
what food should be prepared to which customers and how much of it should be prepared.
The report works as a delivery report, as well – what food and how much of it should be delivered to which customers.
You can also monitor
the value of orders to the production/commissary kitchen by customers, that is the ingredient costs of the production/commissary kitchen by ordering kitchen and on the selected time period.
Cost per portion and Total cost columns: Into the Total cost column the system will calculate the total cost by multiplying the cost per portion with the amount of portions. Under the list there is a
Total field where the system will sum up the total according to the selections made on the top of the window. The ingredient costs valid when the production requisition has been made are shown in the Cost column. For this reason the cost for a recipe on this report might be different on different days based on possible ingredient price updates made in the system.
The system groups the information on the report by days as default. In this case the time period can be one month at maximum. You can change how the information is grouped in the Filter window which can be opened through the Filter title on the top of the window. You can select grouping by date, by month, by year or by recipe from the Grouping drop-down menu. You can hide the Filter window by clicking on the Filter title again.
