Filtering Options For Stock Cards

There are versatile filtering options for the stock cards. The filtering options can be combined, for example, you can search for all stock cards of a certain supplier and then filter only those, with the grouping Dairy and which have been defined as contract items. Supplier, Groups and Contract Item are the filters used in this example, found in the Filter drop-down menu on the top of the Stock Cards window.

You can utilize the filters for example for monitoring the price changes by searching all items for a certain supplier, with a price change on the selected date. This is useful information especially after product data update. You can also search new stock cards of a certain supplier by first selecting the supplier through the filter field and then selecting ’Created on’ in the filter field and selecting the date.
