Orders In Sales Batch Units

You can set the sales batch unit as the obligatory order unit supplier-specifically. When this setting is activated, you can create orders for the supplier in question only in sales batch units. If the setting is not activated, you can create orders with other units, as well.

The setting prevents you from changing the order unit for suppliers, who deliver goods in full sales batches only.

You can activate the ’Stock orders only in sales batch unit’ setting in the following function:

BASIC DATA – Suppliers – General tab

When the setting is activated, the sales batch unit is automatically selected in the Unit field when adding an order row into an order, and you cannot change it.
