Adding A Production Sheet

This instruction tells you how you can add a new production sheet.

  1. Go to: FOOD - Production Sheet
  2. The production sheet window opens up on the current day. You can change the date through the calendar icon on the top of the window.
  3. The default kitchen for the production sheet is the kitchen that is set for your User ID. If you are logged in as the administrator, you need to select the kitchen for the production sheet. 

Adding Recipes Into The Production Sheet

  • You can add recipes into the production sheet from the recipe list on the right. Double-click on the recipe or drag it into the production sheet.
  • You can search recipes by name or by filtering them with main group or target group.
  • You can add the same recipe several times into the production sheet. The recipes will be displayed in separate rows, and the total sum will be displayed in the top row.
  • Open the recipe row in the production sheet to enter the portion size and the amount of portions. You can add additional information, if needed. You cannot edit the portion size or the portion amount in the sum row.
  • With the Previous and Next buttons you can move from one recipe to another.

Deleting A Row From The Production Sheet

Select the row to be deleted with the right mouse button and choose Delete from the drop-down menu.

  • If you select a recipe row, the system will delete only the row in question.
  • If you select the sum row for the recipes, the system will delete all rows included to the sum row in question.

Saving The Production Sheet

Save the production sheet by choosing Save on the top of the window.

 

Creating Orders And Withdrawals In The Production Sheet

After you have saved the production sheet, you can create orders or withdrawals based on the portion sizes and portion amounts for the recipes in the production sheet.

Choose Stock Events - Create Orders / Create Withdrawals.

 

Printing The Production Sheet

You can print the production sheet into an Excel sheet through the Print button.

Through the Print button you can also print the recipes, the shopping list, the labels and the preparations related to the production sheet.
