Electronic Deliveries: Checking Undelivered Items

You can check if orders that are linked to electronic delivery include items that are not included in any delivery.

  1. Choose STOCK - Deliveries
  2. Select the delivery you want monitor. Once the delivery is selected, the system will show the items included in the delivery on the right side of the window.
  3. Choose 'Check undelivered products' under the product list. The system will show items included in orders that are linked to the delivery, but are not included in any delivery.

The order number will be automatically saved for items in the delivery, when a delivery is imported electronically into the system, or when an order is manually transferred as a delivery. The order number for a delivery item will act as a link to the order. It is utilized in the system for example when you check if all items of an order have been delivered.
