JAMIX MENU Customer Feedback Service
The feedback feature of JAMIX MENU Service enables you to collect customer feedback on menus. Your customer can choose to give feedback on whole meals or on parts of a meal separately. You can edit the questions on the survey so you can decide the topics on which you wish to have feedback on. Feedback sent through the JAMIX MENU Service can be viewed in the JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System.
The surveys are created in the Surveys function of the JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System and they can then be linked to chosen menus. When a survey is linked to a menu in JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System, it will be automatically included in that menu if it is published into the JAMIX MENU Service. Feedback sent through the JAMIX MENU Service will automatically be saved in the Feedback function of the JAMIX Kitchen Intelligence System.
