Log For Changes In Data

In the log you can see all changes made in data in the system. In addition, the log shows who has made the change: A user or the system. You can monitor the log within selected time frame by function, by user ID, or by key words. For example, you can find changes made to nutritive values in a certain time period. The log shows each change including old and new value.

Finding and Monitoring Changes

1. Go to: Additional Tools - Log
2. Select time frame for your search
3. If needed, make selections in the Target field and the User ID field. You can also search for information by writing your search word in the Comments field.
4. Selecting a row from the search results shows more detailed information under Additional Info on the right. Note: All rows do not include additional information.
