Holidays Are Approaching - Checklist For Admin User

Holiday season is often also a season for fill-in workers. It is good to remember a few things related to JAMIX System before leaving for holidays so that things run smoothly in the kitchen also when you are away.

User ID's and User Rights

Check that fill-in workers have User ID's to the system, as well as appropriate user rights for tasks they need to perform during holidays, for example:

• Editing Menus
• Creating Orders
• Reporting

Tasks, Guidance, Communication

• Go through the tasks with the fill-in. Write down instructions, if needed.
• Communicate your organization's contact person or the fill-in for admin to the users.

Check Data Managed by Admin

Check that all data needed for tasks during holidays, managed by admin is up-to-date in the system. For example validity period for menus.
