Creating a new Stock Events Report

In the Stock Events Report function you can create unlimited number of reports according to your needs on Stock Events such as wastage and delivery entries, and withdrawals. The function includes versatile filtering and grouping options.

  • Choose Stock - Stock Events Report from the menu bar on the left.
  • Choose Add on the top of the window.
  • Enter a name for the Report template.
  • In the Filters section select the time period for which you are creating the report for. Then select the information that you want to include in the report.
  • The stock events are selected in the Types field.
  • In the Groups section you can categorize the information on the report by groups selected.
  • In the Fields section select the information that will be displayed in each column. At least one column has to be added to the report.
  • You can preview the report by clicking on the Preview button on the top of the window. From the preview window you can print the report into an Excel file where you can further filter and edit the information, if needed, and then save or print the file.
  • You can exit the preview window by clicking on the Close button on the top of the window.
  • Save the report template by choosing Save on the top of the window.

Example for creating a new report template

1. Choose Add

2. Enter a name for the report template, eg. Withdrawals by supplier and by product.

3. Choose the time period for the report

4. In the Filters section select the information to be included in the report and in the Types field select Withdrawal.

5. In the Groups section select Supplier in ’1. Group’ field.

6. In the Fields section select Product in ’1. Column’ field, then Quantity (basic unit) in ’2. Column’ field, Price (excl. vat/basic unit) in ’3. Column’ field and Price (incl. vat/basic unit) in ’4. Column’ field.

7. Check the outcome of the report template by choosing Preview and print the report into Excel file if wanted.

8. Exit the Preview window by choosing Close and then save the report template by choosing Save.
